Actually Popeyes is good, whether it be in ENY or Houston, Tx. As for the Diner its an institution. As for the Galaxy hotel, its $55 for 4 hours, what am I going to do for the other 3hrs and 30 mins. Better of just parking in an isolated block.

Kcoleman7. It's a jump off hotel. The reason why you don't need to reserve a room is because most of the time, people just go for 4 hours (short stay) for sex. The area is just like some of the others have posted. Try somewhere else.
