For a CCNA course, I would actually check into the community colleges, especially Manhattan Community College as they do offer the same coursework as many of these "academies", at a much better rate and with accredited instruction methods. Take a look at their continuing education as I am sure they would have courses listed.

Cool I'll check it out.
To be honest, I'm not too worried about the quality of the class because I already took Cisco about 4 years ago. I just need a cheap and quick refresher course to prepare for the CCNA exam.
My main concern is the job search that comes afterward. Certification with no experience.
For an exam refresher, you might find something like than on Cisco's education portal. Or, check with the community college system as they may have a course geared towards that end. The job search will be tough and it's rare that any of the "academies" deliver on the promises of job leads.
I'm not saying that it's a bad course, overall, but if it's significantly higher and they sell you on job assistance, I'd check out the community colleges as well.
