I'd love to know where they get their crime stats from? I cannot see it coming from the police department in such a detailed fashion.

- I don't see many arrests on the map.
- I know for a fact that there are more assaults & burglaries than robberies throughout NY.
- Some of the definitions used are inaccurate in respect to the NYS penal law.
- For the month of Nov there are only two shootings and no other reported crime? Not likely.

Take this map with a huge grain of salt.

There is a lenox and 94th in brooklyns 71st pct. It's a terrible area.

Crime is always undereported. There are always muggings and break ins that people don't bother reporting. It's happens very often in high crime areas.

This is the crime map I was talking about that Mario posted, but its really old, its for last year, I have definitely been posting on this forum
for too long lol! I can't find an updated one.
