Anyone have an opinion on the cheapest place to buy a gallon of milk in Manhattan? I'm getting fed up with all the stores athat charge above the legal maximum.

I would imagine the ethnic markets are pretty cheap. All I know is I hate Tuscan. And what's the deal with the whole sell by whatever date, but in NYC sell by two or three days earlier? Are they shipping these cartons of milk into the city by horse and buggy or something?

That is up to debate, even doctors desagree on this subject.
But then again we are forcing our bodies to continue to produce an encime that we shouldn't be producing any more.
We drink it mainly because of culture.

Continue with your milk regimen - milk contains several essential vitamins and calcium - the latter being very helpful in sustaining and maintaining healthy bones, teeth, etc.
