Yeah, my application was picked. Terrible customer service, BTW. In the end I opted out of it. If they are that irresponsible and unprofessional before I even drop a dime, I am terrified to see what they'd do with $100,000+ of my hard earned cash.

Seriously you should not have dropped out based on the bad service. This may be your first experience buying something in NYC, but I can tell you whether you are buying a $100,000 co-op, $500,000 home, or $2,000,000 condo....the experiences are often the same...lousy. Bad service is standard in the process...the brokers, the marketing, the sales staff, the builders, the city, the banks, everybody....please reconsider!!!!

Hi everyone here, I am interested in the Solara Co-op, do you guys know how much are the monthly maintenance for 1bed, 2bed or 3bed when you were applying? Thanks. I think if it's above $700, it could be crazy for me.
