Capping the Sheridan Expressway (Bronx) (commute, parks, cities)

Since the Sheridan Expressway is no longer considered for possible demolition, would it be possible to cap it?

Build resential, retail, parks and street connections above. It seems to be below grade in sections, in others i'm sure some innovative engineers and planners could come up with something. Maybe an enclosure?

Thank goodness!!! I'm one of the few people that uses that expressway on a daily basis.
