Star9 those are all symptoms, not solutions. These would be solutions: Treat people equally and fairly, as you would like to be treated. Do not be greedy, share what you can, and expect the same of others. Hold yourself to higher standards than you do others, but help them to raise their standards. Volunteer time to help someone in need, anyone in need, even if it just picking up a friend's kid from daycare. Do not fear things you do not understand, but instead try to understand the things that you fear. Take the time everyday to enjoy what makes you happy, even if it is just a good cup of coffee. Alway make time for family, no matter what. IF you apply these simple changes in your life, you will solve all of the symptoms that you complain about.
