soon i am going to be going through the hiring process . however im posting this thread to try to get a heads up on yhe process. i personally do not believe that i have anything to worry about . but it seems like people are constantly being disqualified for the little things .question if a person has no arrest record what so ever ,they do a background investigation and the employers can not say anything bad about you , you do not do drugs, you are medically fit. what can be the reason for disqualification?
