I am possibly doing a gut renovation of a 2 family building that is designated as a NYC Landmark (falls under the NYC Landmarks Committee). I would like to know if anyone knows any reputable contractors that have worked on a rehab of a Landmarked building..and if so can you forward me their information. Thanks.
Buildings in Landmark-designated areas need to submit plans to the Landmark Board for review. The same as for apartment buildings that are doing any facade changes.
Yes thanks Viral, but the question was whether anyone knew of any reputable contractors that have worked on Landmarked buildings. But that was good info either way.

The above website has a list of architects & contractors. Many of them have worked on landmarked buildings.
