Hallets Cove condo has been up and occupied on 31st and Vernon for a while. Lately quite a bit of progress has taken place on the new piano lofts across the street and the large condo building being built beside the lofts. Does anyone have information on this area. I know there is a great resturant ELO on that street, but other then that the area seems quite desolate.

The kayaks that depart from Hallets Cove on the weekens are great!!
