River crossing/The miles (Lexington: apartment, rentals, maintenance)

Does anyone know anything about apartment buildings River Crosssing located on 1st avenue and 102nd and The Miles at Lexington Heights located at 1990 Lexington avenue between 121st and 122nd? I called the number on the side of the buildings to get info. on the rentals available but no one ever calls back.

Do you know who the management company for these buildings are on do you have any info on these buildings?

Can I ask which building you live in? I was thinking of moving into 1990 lex. What do you know about that building?

this was posted in 2009, but for those who come across this question- do not live in the miles!!! my boyfriend lived there and his roommate got mugged IN the building getting off the elevator! There are a lot of bloods in the building- it seems like a great deal until you smell **** and weed in the hallways every day, the elevator breaks down and gets stuck, or you have maintenance problem (because they won't fix your broken doorknob or leaky faucet).
