Hi. Can someone please tell me which are the safest Manhattan projects out of these choices:
1. Chelsea Houses
2. Fulton Houses
3. Isaacs Houses
4. Seward Park Extension on Broome and Norfolk including 45 Allen St.
5. Straus Houses
6. Washington houses
7. Wise Towers on 90th st. and Columbus Ave.

If you now of other safe housing locations within the NYSHA please let me know.

Thanks.

I will tell you that Seward Park Extension on Broome and Norfolk including 45 Allen St has not had a make over since 1200BC... And 45 Allan is 1 building, mostly seniors so I dout you will ever be called for this building. Either way they are both yucky!

I used to patrol all of them and I would say : Seward Park Extension on Broome and Norfolk including 45 Allen St is the best out of all of them

handsdown - Chelsea. It's a small development at a great location. But good luck getting that location, people generally do not move out of there.

i agree. i have been in 45 allen though and you can it looks like an old NYCHA housing development. the front doors remind me of french jails from the 1700s.

I'd say Chelsea is very safe, its in a great location as well, there's a nice Elementary school over there too.

I feel safer there than I do in my own neighborhood and I don't even live in the projects.

Yeah, but I think there are better ones in midtown. The neighborhood of Inwood is far worse than lets say, Chelsea. So even if the project itself is better (which is not), the neighborhood sorrounding it is the hood.

But it's easily better than any ones in Harlem.
