It has been awhile since I have logged onto this site. Thanks to all who have replied/commented/etc. Greatly appreciate it.

Just to say briefly, I was not selected from the HPD Lottery. Hoping next time. Appears to be a good development/project.

@ Carmen31... yes keep your fingers crossed. Im not 100% sure about phase 2, but the lady did tell me their were no more 3 bedroom for phase 1. I went on my interview last week and she asked me for my income taxes but the paper didnt say bring that to the first interview. So she rescheduled me for today. I will let you know how it goes. She did tell me that if I was selected I wouldnt be first priority since my income was in the max income, not the preferred max income. So I would have to wait until they go through the perferred max income first and then I might get called back. Im keeping my fingers crossed as well.

well im in phase 1, I also put in the application last year, and got a letter last week. Well i guess all i can do is hope and pray everything goes well tomorrow i know theres selected apt for certain programs and income so i wont give up hope and keep my fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, I want a 2 bedroom..I heard you find out right there on the spot if you qualify for an apartment. So You should know by tomorrow. FYI.. Take as much stuff as you can from the list. I just brought what was required, Which is why I got rescheduled. And Keep us posted. Good luck
