Most of that have moved in are part of the first phase. My log # was in the 800's and interviewed in June and moved in on Friday. The apt comes with blinds and needs some light cleaning. As for questions, it's not like a real interview. They just ask for the documents and ask you basic questions about your income and family size.

Congrats to those who have moved in already. I too had my interview last Wednesday and was told by Ms. James that the building should be ready by the end of November and I should be receiving a phone call around that time. But after reading everyone's posts, seems like that's far from the truth. More like a 5 month wait than a 5 week wait.

Seems like they over shot with phase I regarding time frames. I'm hoping they have their stuff together for phase II. It's crazy that phase I applicants are still waiting for word. That doesn't give phase II people much hope.

Default Less than stellar credit???

Hi all,

Thanks in advance if you have any insight into this. My income is in the preferred max range, but my credit history is less than stellar. I have a Phase I interview next week and I'm just wondering whether I have a snowball's chance in hell of getting into this development.
