Whitlock what's wrong with you? Nobody works for you..what's the problem with you? If you supposedly live in the Bronx and know all about it, you should know the answer. Or walk your happy a$$ over there and look for yourself.
Sobroguy..... I want to post this question to you because you seem to be well informed in whats going on in this boro. Do you have any idea on what the plans are for the old courthouse? With all the construction taking place there I'm praying for some positive. My building faces that building and as of right now it is very quiet around here in the evening. I do know that whatever they do decide to do with it can make or break this side of the North Rose.
I heard that it will be a multipurpose facility, and not just one business/use. What the final mix of uses is, I am not sure. I am glad it is finally being redeveloped however.
does any one know how long does it take to get approved
I recently went to the second interview. I also gave my deposit money for the rent. I just want to know what are the chances of getting approved after all documents are submitted
