Yea see i've seen their floorplans. And I unfortunately I have to say Silver Towers have some of the tighest studios i've seen. I was hoping in person wouldnt be as bad. See I wanted the G line for the closet space..I dont have much stuff either..but since I wouldnt have a bedroom it at least would give me a place to store some stuff an not have it in the living area. UGH ! But beggers cant be choosers and right now I really need this apt

wait!! Dont get scared...let me explain the rent increase the rent increase will occur 1 year - for those with 1 yr leases and 2- years for those with 2 year leases (which is what i have) after you move in. Its only a 2 to 3% increase at about 15 or 18 dollars every 1 or 2 years.

yes, they gave us a tour of the whole building, all the extras: pool, gym, terrace, are on the 7 floor. the gym and pool require a 750 dollar a year membership..oh wait its 750 bucks for club 7 membership; so the gym, pool, terrace, barbq, etc are only for paying members..will maybe not the terrace.
The terrace and pedicures also wifi and lounging area.

Oh wait I think mochanyc said that in order for you to no longer qualify you would have to make 170% of your current income??? She mentioned that a couple of pages back
Yes 170% I've been accurate about everything else : )

Thats why I wanted the G line as well ! It seems to be the most spacious one. And I really could use that closet.
