So I just received some more applications from Related Management. Im on the waiting list for one building..and I have to send out 2 applications (which i'll promptly do tomorrow) so not all is lost. Still remaining positive...hopefully something will pan out

Me too! Received the applications for Related today. Fingers crossed! Although, the building is still not finished, so they will start interviewing people in 2011 only.

Along with that, I also received another denial letter from River Place. My appeal was denied. They asked me to submit proof that our joint assets were no longer joint. However, we never had any joint assets to begin with. So clearly, I send them no proof but a letter saying we never shared any assets. And received a denial in return. It's like saying you have to proof that your kid is under the age of 18 when you don't have a kid.

Anyway. Good luck everyone! Hope you have a great time living there. And those of us who didn't get in- our place is meant to be somewhere else.

Sorry for the denial letter...I agree. Although I havent been denied im starting to think they may have run out of apartments. But thats ok. At worst im on the waiting list. Im just so anxious to get out of my moms crib lol. But im going to continue to apply...and I honestly feel like i'll have something within a year

Cool moving

I took a few things. Your met by the doorman who is kind He brings out a luggage cart. The lady who I met behind the desk to get the key is also kind. They make you feel welcome. I'm not worthy : )
