The village, around Washington Square Park, or Brooklyn Heights, and in either place it would have to be a really dope Brownstone with 2 or 3 beds and 2 baths. Or it would be in a really big loft In like Soho, (mad cliched right?). I could go on...Maybe one day
west village or chelsea. close to work, yummy food, trendy, artsy and fashionable. plus some of the streets are sooooooo pretty with the trees and vines and churches and flowers. i dont need the park nearby, when i have a tree out front! LOL
Besides, it's NY, its not like youd only spend your time in that specific neighborhood!
A loft full floor penthouse apartment in Soho with a private roof deck off Prince or Spring Street.
Or...
A townhouse on Riverside Drive, on the corner where I could park and see the view of the park and Hudson River from my private roof deck.
Or better yet, I'd run out of the city and buy an estate somewhere in the woods. LOL.
Somewhere along the Brooklyn Promenade, a nice townhouse or penthouse apartment on either the UWS/UES, or a house on Breezy Point overlooking the ocean.
Maybe one of the new condos on the Upper West Side - it'd have to have washer/dryer hookup, internet, a great view of the river (as long as we're dreaming, why not?).
Plus, if it's near 96th or 72nd/Broadway, there's an express stop right there. Quick and easy access.
Either that or an apartment on the Lower East that has an elevator (unlimited resources = NO WALK-UP), and is just shabby enough to scare my out of town friends a little.
