He seems to do well in polls. But, everybody I talk to can't stand him.

Since it's looking like Weiner's going to drop out, who else is running? I'd vote for Bozo the Clown to get rid of him.

Looks like you'll have to write in Bozo.Weiner is going to drop out because he knows it's hopeless so somebody must like Bloomberg. I wouldn't say "bye bye" yet.

Does this "everyone" you speak of refer to the majority of New Yorkers? If so, you certainly do get around.

honestly a large portion of NYC is not allowed to vote, and those are some the ones who have been suffering the most since bloomberg began the gentrification

When you say "not allowed" are you referring to the illegal immigrants and felons? If so, I don't see why you'd take issue with that.

Legal immigrants who have not attained citizenship can't vote either. Only US citizens can vote.

I wanted the referendums to be respected or for another referendum to be done so while I am mostly a Bloomberg supporter I will not be voting for him for a third term. Unfortunately his competitors are so uninspiring, and most of them are scared of his money. It is likely I will not vote for anyone come next election.

wildcard I assuming you are referring to 2012 right? Cuz ALL the people I talk to LOVE Blomberg..why? He has planted enormous numbers of trees in our community and most communities for that matter, cleaning the air and greening/beautifying the area. He has brought BUSINESS and DEVELOPMENT to our community as well, increasing amenities and services for us. Bloomy has also committed to building 165,000+ affordable housing, which is a MAJOR investment in the city, its people, and revitalizing entire communities. Did I also mention the significant decreases in crime thru his term, and the better/new public and charter schools which he is pushing? I suggest you get out and talk to REAL NYers and learn why Weiner dropped out of the race. We will all be saying "bye bye Bloomberg"...but not until 2012.

I like Bloomberg. Yeah there are things he hasn't promise, because there are spending issues, but he has done more things for the city like trying to lure new businesses, more tourism, people with money (to create new jobs and bring more money for taxes) and jobs (well before the recession) and seems to care for the future than any other Mayor in the past. Maybe he has cut the Police force and try to cut teachers. So maybe those are the ones that hate him the most. But I and people I have talk to will vote for him again.
