To work in New York State as a dental technician, you will need to be licensed by the state of New York, in Albany. You need to contact the Education Department of the State of New York in Albany.

I just look at site NYSED.gov,and there is no option dental technician in their licensed professions. There are all others "dental" professions, but d.technician is not. What that is mean?

I suggest you apply for a secured credit card, which means you deposit some money into a saving account that is "closed while earning a small bit of interest" for a period of time until you gain a credit history.

And in ase it isn't lear from Chava's answer, a credit history is something that is built up over a time, usually over a period of years - it's not something that you get overnight. It's a history of how you pay your bills, really.

Each adult member of the family should build up their own credit history. This is done by having bills in one's name and paying them regularly and on time over an extended period of time.
