My dumb self misplaced my learners permit and my road test is coming up soon. I want to know if I get a temporary permit, can i still take the road test?

If i can, do you know how long it would take for me to get the temporary permit?

they give you a paper permit right on the spot at dmv. i dont know how long it would take you to get your photo permit back from albany in time for the road test tho.
