I've been thinking of moving to Brooklyn. I would like to find a job as an apartment super.....how does one go about finding those kinds of jobs. There doesn't seem to be anything listed in the paper, etc.
Actually, no, you don't have to belong to the union. I've been a building with a non-union super. But you do need to get that boiler certification.
