I have received Class3 violation for a deck/pool built without permit. The Deck/pool
has been there for last 10 years and we bough house last year. My cure date is March 06/2010
and hearing date is March 12, 2010

I am new to this thing and I was wondering if someone could help me with the process.

1) Its winter and I cannot do much work in the pool. Should I file for extension? If I am
to file for extension should I miss the CURE date and ask at the hearing or should I
just go to the court earlier and ask for extension

2) Will I be fined for violation. If I shod evidence that pool/deck was already there
will the judge minimize the fine.

Please let me know

Thank
