my husband's list number is 4586 is there still hope he will be called??? I know they extended the list until 2012 not sure if thats a good thing but hopefully someone has infor for us....................

In terms of last hired? #642, for pre orientation letters it should be
around #1,700's. They will have to hire for the last 2 years of the list
but I highly doubt that they will reach into the 2nd round where your
husband is.

The list extension was the worst thing possible for us 2nd rounders.
Waiting 6 yrs to take the next DSNY exam after under hiring from the
6063 list is unfair to say the least.

i wanted to ask.... i just got a call from the clinic saying that they never received my x-ray.... from the 11th !!! i called back and left a message. but do i lose my spot in the first class ? any recourse ? i knew something was wrong when my medical was still pending !!!
