Just came back from a week vacation in NYC! It is absolutely the best, people are friendly, funny, and above all its the best place to visit. One of my relatives lost their wallet and it was turned in with everything in place!
People were friendly and the food was out of this world.
Thanks NYC
One question though, it came up that NYC is known for their cheese! We had some Itallian food and the cheese was melt in your mouth delicious.
Can anyone tell me what cheese most NYC Itallian Restaurants use for their dishes?
You're very welcome! I'm so glad at least one person realizes that we are pretty cool people!
As for the cheese, I would say Parmesean - buy in in a block, not in a can, and grate/shred it yourself and Fresh Mozzerella is what is used in most restaurants.
...Proving yet one more time that the things some people say about our humble home town are absolute nonsense! (Um...I meant other people, not the OP!)
I am also from SA and have been to NYC three times a liked each time, upstate New York the Finger Lakes area and Letchworth State Park are beautiful. I do say y'all but have never said come back soon ya hear lol.
