Hello, I'm from Jersey City, NJ and this season I'm trying to find a way to get to Met games easier. A couple blocks away from me, there is a bus named 99S and it heads to the port authority building.
From there, I need to find the 7 train or whatever it's called to go to Citi Field, I believe it's the Mets-Willets point. My question is, can I take the 7 train from the Port Authority building, or do I have to walk to Grand Central to take the 7 train. How far is the walk?
Also, instead if there are any ways I can get on the 7 train that are closer to the Port Authority building.
Note: If there are better ways to get to the Mets game starting at Jersey City, I'm open to alternate routes.
