If you are someone who appreciates and is enthusiastic about seeing CLOSEUP expertly restored and maintained automobiles and maybe talking with the car owners and exchanging stories with people attending the event, you should attend the 2010 Syracuse Nationals Car Show being held at the New York State Fairgrounds on the west side of Onondaga Lake in Syracuse on July 16, 17, 18, 2010. There will be a HUGE (6000 plus vehicles for 2010) range of brands, models, years and types of cars on display; Street Rods/Classic/Antique/etc. Every year the Syracuse Nationals Car Show is held in July attracting Cars, their owners and spectators from all over the U.S. and Canada. In 2009 more than 7000 vehicles from 40 U.S. states and 5 Canadian provinces took part in this show. This year=2010, the show should be better than ever. Reaching Syracuse is an easy driving trip via Interstate Highways 81 and 90 (NYS Thruway) and once you arrive in Syracuse driving around the area is also easy on Interstates 81, 90, 481, 690 and other city/suburban/state roads and streets. So, get your buddies and/or family and come see/visit this great car show.

While visiting Syracuse you may want to visit our beautiful lakes = the villages of Cicero & Brewerton on huge Oneida Lake, Liverpool & Syracuse on Onondaga Lake, Cazenovia village on Cazenovia Lake and beautiful/picturesque/upscale Skaneatles village on Skaneatles Lake. You would also enjoy a leisurely drive all around the rolling hills countryside of the Finger Lakes Region visiting the numerous wineries, crafts shops, restaurants, & attractions located throughout the area. The Finger Lakes Region is a short drive southwest of Syracuse.

You can do a search on the internet for information about the Finger Lakes Region or any other NYS Region or attraction. Suggestions= Sterling Renaissance Fair/Festival, Adirondack Mountains, Old Forge, Lake Placid, Lake George, Thousand Islands, St. Lawrence Seaway, Corning Museum, Oswego Harborfest, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, etc.
