Can anyone tell me what they do for food shopping in Highland Falls? A friend of mine is considering a move up there and he didn't see any supermarkets. Are there any health food stores possibly? Thanks.

Orange County taxes are pretty high because of the welfare. Rockland county is not to bad. The closest big shopping center is 13 miles away in Monroe.
