You google it: I found the official map/districts for NYC - but you didn't specify city/state

Every district boundary map or its service area.
Their format is better to be shp, jpg,eoo,pdf, etc, which can be download by me.

This could help too: New York Schools - Find a Public or Private New York School - SchoolDigger.comJusty look at a school district and then take a look at the map.

Check the NYSED Report Card website or go to GreatSchools - Public and Private School Ratings, Reviews and Parent Community and search under NY.
