School info Norwich, Greene or Ithaca (Oneonta, Cooperstown: transfer, school districts, relocating to)

I am looking for land in either Norwich or Greene in Chenango County or Ithaca. However I hope to gather information on these school districts, my 11 year old son has Turrets and A.D.H.D. Are these districts good for children with disabilities, how is the B.O.C.E.s program. Any and all information or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance for all your help

My boys are currently in the BOSES program in Oneonta. My eldest (21)has aged out of the program and is being transferred to Norwich adult residential program, my youngest (17) is staying in Springbrook until he ages out. I really liked the springbrook program and my boys have been there since 2000. I still reside in NYC and take the ride up 1-2 times a month. I recently retired and am considering relocating to be closer to my boys. Anyway the number to Springbrook (in Oneonta and near Cooperstown) is 607-286-7171. I have'nt been to Norwich yet but plan on it soon.
