As you all may know I moved back to NYC from Va. I have my VA driver's license, but I want to change it to the NY driver's license. What documents do I need? What do I need to do?

Is ok I already went to the DMV and got every down packed. I had to pay like 60 dollars. They gave me the temporary one.

My passport? You mean birth certificate. I was born in NY. However, if I was not born in the states I will still be okay, because Puerto Ricans are United States citizens anyways. I am sorry but I always get frustrated when people do not know that PR is a common wealth, which Puerto Rico is part of the United States.

I always get frustrated when people come on CD and ask questions like how do I apply to work at Disney? Or how do I get a driver's license changed?

It is all at your fingertips!!!!
