Curious to know what is happening in monroe with the new housing.

Woodbury junction seems to have stalled after being hyped up for about 4 years. Brigadoon appears to have aged and have had illegal sewer problems.

Mansion ridge seems to have kept up okay. I noticed a year ago when we were there alot of big box stores have moved right into town..which must be great.

Is there any other new development of single family homes in the monroe-woodbury school district?

Looking to rent..maybe rent to buy a 4-5 bed 3 bath, 3000 square foot home.

Only looking for homes in a development...where should I start looking?

Any thoughts on monroe...has there been any gang activity moving in..or has it been shielded.

Really looking for a safe area, easy access to the thruway and great schools.

Rockland seems way to built out and no new homes. I also like being near big box stores for everyday shopping.

Dont see myself going even to the middletown galleria if I dont have too!

Price have come down at Woodbury Junction as I was there not too long ago. The sales rep say he has sold 15 so far. The ones I looked at were 2200 square feet 4BR 2.5 BA.
