My husband and I are looking for info on this area. We currently live in CA and hate it! We are originally from smaller towns in North Dakota. We wanted to move to a larger area and expand our horizons. We moved to Flagstaff, AZ and liked it for a bit but housing is outrageous!!! Plus we love green grass, snow and skiing (water or snow). We just moved to CA and found it to be like another country! Plus, the traffic, disconnection between people and the obsession with money and material things has turned us off on staying here. I am currently attaining my nursing license and my husband is an elementary teacher so we would need some info on jobs in the area...no problem with commutes! We love people and would want a smaller city community but access to a larger city nearby...We appreciate any help on this and any other area suggestions in the East! Thanks again!
