That's it, boys. Pack it all up.
Some of this is good for gun store
they charge for consignment sales
used gun demand and prices are up now and will go higher

for the gun owner the value of your guns will keep going up

Yeah I have a crappy little HiPoint that uses interchangeable magazines (not clips ) between handguns and carbines.

But past that, my Ruger 10/22 and my Savage .308 do not have handgun magazines. Both are box magazines.

My point is the law restricts you to something that absolutely does not exist for most cases.

its not the number necesarily. The point being that you can keep a 10 shot clip but can only load it with 7. What criminal committing a felony(felonies) is going to be concerned about an extra misdeameanor for loading it with 8-10 instead of 7?

Criminals dont follow laws, which is why they are criminals... Making more dumb laws for people who wont follow them is just insane.

Curious .... if you shoot someone raping your daughter and your gun has 10 rounds loaded, are you the criminal ? That rapist should sue you for having too many rounds loaded in your magazine.

Will the NYPD be limited to a 7 round magazine ?

After i exhaust my 7 bullets, cave in his skull with the butt and finish the job with a steel toe to the temple, I'll let my lawyer sort it out...and I don't even have a daughter.

No. It DOES outlaw high-capacity clips. If you have a 10-round, you can keep it... but must have it modified to hold a max of 7, within the year. Until then, it is a misdemeanor to have 8-10 bullets in it. If you have a clip that holds more than 10 rounds, you are now committing a misdemeanor.

Effed up, isn't it?
