I should go apply for jobs up that way in three years. Maybe I'd do better there as a school bus dispatcher. Our salaries down here in Dutchess won't even cover the cost of living.

No, it is talking about Upstate NY school districts, in general, on a Buffalo TV station. That's why wNY is mentioned.

WIVB is Buffalo Ch. 4. They use the information from Business First, a Buffalo business paper. You can look up the Business First rankings for most anything online.

I'm in Lancaster -- it was efficient already and now we have a newer (and lower paid) Supt. / Schools are very good; taxes low.
