Thank God, because the way Richmond City council does business and votes SUCKS!!! Half of their city council meetings they spend arguing with each other about BS and nothing ever gets accomplished. Look at the baseball park, they still BS on that, but they don't want Chesterfield or Henrico to take. Also, everything with the city is about race, and I'm not talking white against blacks, I'm talking blacks against whites and other ethnic groups.
