Hello,

My mother is thinking of relocating to Rome, NY. In particular, the Gifford Rd. area. Is this road a busy road? Does it have a lot construction trucks, tractor trailers? She wants a some what quiet area. Any insight from a Roman would be great. Thanks!

I'm not from Rome, but it is on the outer edge of the West side where it starts to become rural and is near some shopping and the Drive-In. Hopefully, someone will chime in with more specific information.
