My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: NYS

I have claimed unemployment to be exact 12.75 weeks 2 days ago I took a job as a night loader with Pepsi. I have worked in an office for 14 years of my life and this was a huge change. I worked there for 2 days to be exact and took the job because I am desperate and I want work but this was too far out of my element and unsuitable. I didn't know how to use forklifts, pallet jacks etc and I just couldn't see myself getting through there 90 day probation period. My question is can I continue unemployment benefits. I have a home and kids to support like most on here but I'm still looking for jobs just trying to find something suitable. I also at my last job made $18 per hour and this job was only $12.30 through 90 days which I thought I was after a week going to make $16.50 and it wasn't enough to survive on. In the NYS manual it states that you dont have to take unsuitable work if its past 13 weeks well it hasn't been quite 13 weeks but close enough. Do I have a leg to stand on I'm pretty scared. I took a shot at something I've never done but wasn't at all comfortable trying to use that machinery. I currently am on meds which I have been on for 2 years for anxiety and on the bottles it states DO NOT OPERATE heavy machinery. Do I have a case here especially with medical records to back this up??? This whole thing is a mess.
