With his fourth budget wrapped up and in the can soon Mr. Cuomo will launch is re-election bid for another four years in Albany. All things considered what marks would you give AG overall and why.

"F." Unsatisfactory.

The mere fact that this guy passed a law establishing a statewide surcharge on all traffic violations, in itself earns him an "F" rating in my book. Thanks to Andrew Cuomo, if you commit a moving violation, NYS has to collect a surcharge equal to the amount charged by the municipality. (For example, if the village of Port Chester charges $180.00, then the NYS surcharge is $180.00, so you must pay $360.00).

I've received 3 violations since Andrew Cuomo was selected governor, and I'm out over $1,200.00 in fines, violations and legal fees thanks to this douchebag. I love having to fork over my money to support the babies I didn't make!

So stop committing violations? A ticket a year probably indicates that you ought to start obeying the law better.

Anyway, he seems to have managed to get the major tasks done (such as getting the budget under control), and some of his other priorities (gay marriage) accomplished. I don't agree with some things, such as gun control, but relative to my expectations for NY politics? I think he's done a pretty good job.

First of all, I never received a violation before Cuomo was governor.

Secondly, what was wrong with the existing system? He's just sucking money out of people for no reason other than "because he can." It's not about safety or law enforcement, it's about power and redistribution of income. Andrew Cuomo has never known the difference between $160.00 and $380.00. That amount has always been insignificant to him, because all his life, he had the ability to simply ask his Dad for it. He doesn't know that it's a big difference for a working person, and can make or break a bill payment for the month.

A big, fat red F. If you've read all the papers over the past week about Common Core, high-stakes testing and standardized testing, I guarantee you he will lose the vote of many parents.

I have mixed feelings. I like that he tried to do something after Sandy Hook and I like that he legalized gay marriage. But I'm not a fan of the new casinos or the idea of fracking. Also, not a fan of the common core. I give him a C.

Don't forget that his HUD ushered in the policies which ultimately led to the housing collapse.
