You will note one unique feature of 201 College Ave in your photos...no PTAC louvers. VRF/DOAS is where this city is heading, and not the multiple small green boxes on top of the apartments behind the Cayuga St garage.

It's Ithaca! They fight everything for some weird reason. Someone could offer to clean up all of the brownfields and "bad neighborhoods" - not make them expensive just cleaned up and people would still fight it for some crazy reason. It's sad.

They fight things so hard they come over here to Schuyler county and protest things on "our behalf".
