I am getting close,to buying a house in walden. New York, I saw the area and it looks nice.. I have been told the town is very old. The house,am,buying with luck was built in the 1900s. But my question is the area... Is it a good or bad area.... I am coming from Campbell hall New York.... Not to far away. I work in monroe. Bit of a travel but I think it's worth it. My kids are older.... In there 20s so am not worried about school..this is my first time buying a house.... It's a short sell but looks like we will be closing in October.... I am excited... Any tips... I really want to know if the area is good or am I gonna regret this..... Please let me know...thanks
