Do you remember the county that you got the ticket or the department you were stopped by? If you do, you can always call the county traffic court and they should be able to look it up for you.
When you don't show up in traffic court or pay your ticket by mail, you will receive a summons by certified mail. I'm assuming that your CA Driver's License had your correct address. After you get the summons, call the court and explain your situation. If you still haven't settled your speeding ticket after a certain length of time, the CA Department of Motor Vehicles will be notified and your driving privileges could be suspended.
