I'm thinking in the near-future you might be able to add Malta to that list. It doesn't have much going for it now in terms of culture, but that entire community is made up of Global Foundries transplants, wandering around confused about where they've found themselves. But maybe someday they'll unite. The Shops of Malta and the Ellsworth Commons complex are pretty luxurious for a town made up of a crossroads between 67 and route 9. Also, they just built a two-story Dunkin Donuts in the middle of the 5 roundabouts. 'Murica. More than half the license plates in the parking lots of these businesses are out-of-state, many from across the country.
