Some may be divided up, but some are also intact as well.
Also in the Utica area, the villages of Clinton and Barneveld are "old money" residential areas, however Clinton's "old money" status appears to be declining, with property values coming into line with other suburban neighborhoods since 2008. The suburban Town of New Hartford is also upscale, but is understood locally to be dominated by "new money" as opposed to "old money." "Old money" is definitely present, however, especially on the south side of the village itself.
