....Every VET who visits a VA clinc, hospital, etc...has an opinion...true enough. My VA needs were minimal. My son has serious health issues from combat inflicted injuries(IED's, gunshot wounds) . All incurred from his deployments to Afghanistan. While the big VA center in Syracuse is clean, newer, and well equipped...I must say that the attitude and rude, uncaring demeanor he has experienced there, is an insult to his service to this country.

That’s shame and I’ve heard it is supposed to be one of the better VA Hospitals in the system. I went once some months after I PCSed and there was a good wait, but there wasn’t anyone else around. My dad seems to be pretty satisfied, from what I know, but given what you mentioned, I’m going to ask.
