I am a NYC resident. Have been exploring property in Bath NY 14810. Intent is to start non-medical transport service capable of handling two wheelchair passengers and four ambulatory passengers on a daily basis. Is there need for such a service in Bath NY area?

Bath is home to a regional VA medical complex and there are many older veterans from distant places who may need transport.
