I'm confused about the steps from hiring to job rate. Let's say that you are hired at 50k with a 2k increase until you get to the job rate but next year the hiring rate is 51k and each year the hiring rate increases by 1k with 2k step increase would your salary be
A- 50k, 52k, 54, 56, etc
B- 50, 53, 55,
C- 50, 53, 56
I'm asking if you are tied to the rate at the hiring time or the rate of the current year? In 3 years, if step 3 is 56 but was 54 when hired do you get 54 or 56?
