We recently spent a few days in Salamanca. I hadn't visited there since the late 90s and early 2000's. I had also forgot how slow it seemed that people drove when I was on my way to Holiday Valley.
While we were driving along Ellicotville, I had someone driving well below 25 mph through town and actually got so bent out of shape with me, he pulled over. I also noticed, even where Route 219 splits up in to four lanes, people driving just barely 25 or even below.
Is the police presence heavy in that area, or are people just that slow??
