I saw something about an Erie Canal boat tour out of Fairport that got good reviews and a boat tour of Seneca Lake out of Watkins Glen (Capt. Bill's something or other) also enjoyed by most.

Any suggestions?

Are you looking for a boat tour in general or are you looking for a comparison between those 2 specific tours.
