My observation of female drivers is that they are either overly cautious or completely reckless. I suspect that Jeanine was gabbing on the cell phone (illegal in NYS) and became distracted- didn't realize that she was speeding.

Saw an article that said her family had some pretty exotic cars like Bentleys and Ferraris. Her first car was a Triumph TR6, British Racing Green. I always wanted one of those myself.
